The Vortex Liner is a blend of Polyurethane and Polyurea materials. It is a two component, solvent free, and backed with over 50 years of coating technology. This ratio delivers a very tough liner to protect the surface, but is flexible enough so that is both stain and impact resistant. Buildable from 1/8″ to 18″ only vortex dries in seconds, resulting in a chemical and impact resistant coating that will last for years to come.
How is the Vortex Liner Applied
The Vortex KV-5006 uses 110v power, fully self-contained and on board heating making it truly portable. Using both the KV-5006 with Vortex’s specially blended material you will be creating liners that can withstand the test of time.
The exclusive Vortex Liner material literally dries in seconds. Imagine applying a spray on liner material from an 1/8″ to 18″ thick and have it set up in seconds. The process is simple and the Vortex™ spray system was developed with ease of operation as well.
1. Clean and prep the truck.
2. Mask truck to seal off areas you don’t want Vortexed.
3. Apply the Vortex
4. Remove masking and put tailgate back together.
The end result is the best portable sprayed on bed liner in the world, which is Tough, High Impact absorbing and can be guaranteed for the life of the truck.

The Vortex System
The cornerstone of the Vortex system is our Vortex KV5006 machine. A specialized, all-in-one low pressure spraying machine comes complete and ready to spray.
Our machine is thousands less than other spraying machines on the market. It is also fully portable, plugs into a standard 110v outlet and is lightweight enough and sitting on wheels, you can literally take it anywhere.Â
Granitex Flooring System
Our flooring system consists of a machine for aplying material and a propriety blended coating called Granitex Polyphatic. The machine makes mixing the two part Polyphatic material easy without worrying if you have the ratio right. As well because of the high durability of our flooring system it commands much higher margins for our dealers.
